Refund policy

We accepts returns/exchanges made within 14 days from the date when you receive your delivery.

Refunds are issued for full-priced merchandise returned. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus the shipping fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above requirements. 

 

Exchanges are offered on sale and full-priced items. Please email us at customerservice@lu-bo.com.

 

Quality guarantee If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to customerservice@lu-bo.com.

These are the steps you need to follow to initiate and process a return:

  1. Please send us an email to customerservice@lu-bo.com stating your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label that you have to print and attach to your package. If you are located outside of the EU, you will also need to print and attach to your package the return invoice that you will also receive in the mail.
  3. Leave the package at a UPS drop-off location.

 

Please Note: We accept returns to the extent that items are new and unused with all labels and unopened in the original packaging. If the items have been worn, they can’t not be returned for hygienic reasons. The return service is not available for orders outside of Europe.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise, even if for exchange. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. LUBO is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.
