Product Returns

If you are not satisfied, normal items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the order. 

All of our porcelain design pieces are made-to-order and produced individually once an order has been placed. These are personalized products, created exclusively for each customer.

No Returns or Exchanges: Since each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
